Online Trading Services

>> Saturday, October 31, 2009

What you’ve heard is true. Banks really are beginning to turn things around, and our economy has hope, yet. It’s time to ask yourself, where do you want your money to be when markets are on the rise? It has been said by experts that investors who make the most money in stock trading are the investors who always think long term, and wait out “the roller coaster”, even during downturns. Pulling your money out during fluctuations actually makes things worse. Market timing, historically, doesn’t work! So, again, where do you want your money to be when markets fluctuate up? My money will be right where it is now: invested in the economy.

Moving, Vaccine, Iran and Electronic Cigarettes

Q1 - Moving: Americans have apparently tamed their wanderlust during the recession. According to the latest data released by the U.S. Census Bureau, only 2.4% of Americans moved from one state to another in 2008, down from 2.5% the previous year. Do you know anyone who recently moved from one state to another?

Yes. My dad is moving from Michigan to Florida this November. He is going to rent out his condo in Michigan, and lease or purchase a house in Florida. He is retired. My wife's friend will be moving from Las Vegas to Michigan too. Well, seem like everyone is moving out of state now..

Q2 - Vaccine: A vaccine to prevent HIV infection, the virus that leads to AIDS, has shown modest results for the first time, researchers have found, raising hopes that a disease that kills millions every year may someday be beaten. Do you believe a vaccine to prevent HIV will be developed in the next 10 years?

Possibly, which would be great. However, there are other diseases that kill more people per year than AIDS, but those diseases receive less research funding, probably because they are not tied to any political agenda, like HIV and AIDS are.

Q3 - Iran: President Obama said today "Iran is on notice" regarding its nuclear efforts, and that the international community is united in its opposition to the country's nuclear program. Do you think Iran's motives for developing its nuclear facilities are peaceful?

Not at all. Iran has not shown any evidence that their intentions are peaceful. In fact, they've shown much evidence to the contrary, past and present.

Q4 - Electronic Cigarettes: In the hunt for a safer cigarette, electronic cigarettes, often referred to as ecigarettes, are becoming a popular option among those either trying to quit or who are looking to replace standard tobacco smokes with an alternative that manufacturers claim to be safer. Ecigarettes vaporize a solution often containing nicotine, but there is no smoke, just odorless water vapor, and produce almost no dangerous carcinogens. Have you heard of electronic cigarettes, and do you think electronic cigarettes should be regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in the same way smoking patches, gum and lozenges are regulated?

I have seen ecigarettes being sold in stores. If the amount of active drugs in these types of cigarettes is low enough, I would be against their regulation. The patch, gum and lozenges also deliver a small amount of nicotine, but the amount is high enough that these items must still be regulated by the fed. But I wonder, if the amounts of nicotine were any lower in any device used to quit smoking, would it then be any different from just quitting cold turkey? Maybe not. So, probably the amount in e-cigarettes is high enough to allow a smoker trying to quit, to quit slowly, but high enough to require regulation. In this case I would be for their regulation. I guess the best way to quit is to never start!

BTT: Blurb

It's time for Booking Through Thursday! And this week's question is:

btt button

Something I’ve been thinking about lately: “What words/phrases in a blurb make a book irresistible? What words/phrases will make you put the book back down immediately?”

I like to read books on Physics, Theoretical Physics, Astronomy, Statistical Study, and Mathematics, and other sciences as well. Some words or phrases in the blurbs that make books with these topics irresistible to me might be, "more advanced", or "unique explanation", or "brilliant discovery" - something that tells me that if the subject ever comes up in a conversation with family or friends, I can sound like a genius. (As long as they didn't read the same book.)

Along the same lines, some words or phrases in the blurb that would make me put the book back down might include, "The author must be joking", or "hilariously funny", "This millenium's worst", or even, "a tediously meticulous work" (aka: BORING!).

H1N1 Vaccine, Are You in it?

>> Tuesday, October 27, 2009

H1N1 flu or swine flu had been on the news for a couple of months now, and due to its causes of death, the government made a solution, a vaccination. We all know that vaccination had been used in order to prevent the spread of the disease, and to maintain an immunization in our body to survive the mutation. I have heard on the news that there are over a thousand of health care professionals who actually been immunized with the H1N1 vaccine and with some of them, the effect is fine, but to others, they experienced soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given, fever (low grade), aches, and nausea. On some cases, H1N1 vaccine can cause problem because of severe allergic reactions.

For me, I don’t think it is a bad idea nor a good idea, but I will never get the vaccine or my son. I feel like I’m a guinea pig because it’s a new vaccine and we don’t know what it is heading. Well, it’s up to you and it is not a mandatory vaccine at all and you can get it at any private or public clinic. Maybe, you need to talk to your health care provider about this matter too. This is a serious problem, and we all know that there are tons of vaccinations out there and I don’t know if it’s the right thing to do to be updated on vaccines.

For more information you can visit this website: www.cdc.gov/H1N1flu and www.flu.gov.

Question to Ask...

It's time for my Booking Through Thursday and the question is:

btt button

If you could ask your favorite author (alive or dead) one question … who would you ask, and what would the question be?

~Stephen King, I guess and the question is: How did he come up with those thrilling, horror stories? It was so interesting because he might be experiencing those things, therefore, he can able to write and tell stories about them. I have heard at one of the paranormal shows on TV, that Stephen King actually visited one of those haunted places, and there he had a chance to write about a book, " The Shining". So, I wonder if it's true. So, probably that's one of the questions I am going to ask him if I have a chance to meet and talk to him.

Photography Challenge

It's time for my Heads or Tails! This week's theme is: Any past theme. So, I am talking about Photograph.

Heads Or Tails

I missed a lot of heads or tails themes for these past few months due to my busy schedules on my classes, and so now I have the chance to make a post of them because some of my classes are over.

So, I am going to share about my challenges in photography, I always so into it. When my son was born, I took a lot of photos of him by the time he is growing until he was about two and a half years old. I can't even count those photos I took and I ended up saving them in a cd. Not only that I also took some videos of him that now I found so amusing, especially remembering those days when he was little and controllable, if you know what I am saying. Anyway, during those times, I also made some scrapbooks from those photos.

I always find photography challenging and yet enjoyable. So, here are some of the photos I took when my son was about 4 to 6 months old.

AND
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RIDE?

For me, I love Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio because of their many rides and the Enchanted Kingdom in Laguna, Philippines because of their water rides as well especially their kiddie rides that will surely take some of my son's time.
Last April, my family went to Sandusky too at the Castaway Bay Water Park where you can go slide with the water and stuff, my son loves it and me too. It is just fun thing to do especially if there is no warm weather all year around.

Asian Decor Ceiling Fans

My husband and I and our son, Josh, recently drove to visit my mother-in-law. She had asked us to come because she wanted my husband to install some new ceiling fans in her home. Her new ceiling fans look really great, and they work really well. So, I started thinking, maybe I should get a ceiling fan for our kitchen.

Our kitchen has a unique Asian décor, and I began to imagine how a ceiling fan might look if it is going to match well with everything else. I knew it might be a little difficult to find a ceiling fan to match an Asian theme. So, I went online to begin my search.

I looked online for awhile, searching for the best deals, the best name brands, and hoping for free shipping, when at last I found Hansen Wholesale ceiling fans. I could not believe the great selection of unique designs from name brands like Hunter, Minka Aire, Casablanca, Fanimation and Emerson ceiling fans, all at affordable prices. I found everything I was looking for, and more at Hansen Wholesale: the best prices, quality name brands, and even free shipping. They have choices for every ceiling: low ceilings, high ceilings, indoor and outdoor, and they offer loads of ceiling fan information, and even live expert help over the phone. I even found the perfect ceiling fan to match my Asian décor. Truly, Hansen Wholesale is the place to go online for ceiling fans.

Four For Friday - Solved

Q1 - Solved: Looking back, if you could solve an unsolved caper, murder, theft, political leak, heist or practical joke, which one would you solve and why?

Whether or not aliens really landed in Roswell, because I am sure the actual truth is probably shocking.

Q2 - Interviewed: If you were nearing the end of your life and were granted one opportunity to be interviewed on camera about anything -- your life, your views, your favorite moments, your regrets, all of the above, something else entirely -- who would you choose as your interviewer and why?

Jay Leno, because he's hilarious.

Q3 - Portrait: Set the scene... if you could be photographed anywhere in the world by a world-class photographer, where would you want to be shot and why?

Next to the leaning tower of Pisa, because I would pose to make it look like I'm holding it from falling over.

Q4 - Ghosts: Halloween's just around the corner... do you believe in ghosts? (How about goblins, defined as small grotesque supernatural creatures that makes trouble for human beings?)

I don't believe in ghosts or goblins. But I do believe in skeletons.

Free Algebra Help

>> Wednesday, October 21, 2009

Are you having difficulties dealing with Math such as Algebra? Or are maybe in need of further help regarding of how to deal or what ways is effective for you to learn, as well as to love math. When I was in high school, I started hating math so much, as if I reach to the point where I hated the one who invented it because it makes my life’s one point where it is so hard for me to cope up with. Of course, I asked help from my sibling, but even they do help me to understand math, they don’t have time to tutor me all the time that I needed it. So, eventually, I have tried but then still it never work out the way I wanted it to be. I did not fail the course, but it is just a passing grade which for me, at that time was not so bad because I don’t really care until I went to college. College is worst than ever, especially if you never made good with academics in your high school years. So, my college math, a college algebra is worst than ever. So, I asked myself now, I need help to help me to solve math problems, and there I ask help from a math problem solver and there I learn more about math. I would strongly recommend a one on one tutoring because you can focus more and even help you even deeper, if you have questions.

There are a lot of free algebra helps online these days; all you need to do is find the right one. I have found some online math tutoring services like Tutor Vista.com where they offer a tutoring package for only 99.99 a month for all subjects that you might need help with. Also, you can try the service for free as well and if you decided to continue your service all you need is to subscribe with their tutoring package service and you will get help with math or any other subjects that you need to learn more and to get an A’s from all of it.

So, if you need help now, and wanted to save money as well, just try Tutor Vista.com. They offer tutor services for K-12, College or even for AP Exams help. Also, it is a 24/7 private tutoring with the use of a virtual whiteboard where you and your tutor seem to be in a real meeting. If you want to try it now, you will see what I am talking about. You can learn more about it at their website too. They have lots of services offered such as helping you with assignments or answer all of your questions at very affordable prices. Check them out today and aim that A!

With or Without RV, You're IN!

Who does not love camping? It is the most challenging and exciting adventure ever. My first time to camp is when my family went to Upper Peninsula of Michigan, whereas we bring our own camping tent and some stuff which are somewhat funny because we have to like live in old times, but sometimes, it is so thrilling to sleep in the middle of woods and no one was around but, who knows. Well, it was an unforgettable and great experience for me because once in a while we heard something unusual during our night time sleep, but it is part of camping adventure, right? So, it is one of the things you need to expect.

Well, it’s been a while now since the last time we went camping, and we just talking about it last night too of when we can able to do camping again. I know there are a lot of camping source we can find that we can make use of finding the best place to go camping. My husband mentioned about this website where you can camp at the same time even though you don’t have an RV. We don’t own an RV, so it is too hard to go camping for a longer period of time. So, with this website, we have learned that either you don’t have an RV or have an RV, you are welcome. I have found out about this rv park nc through google and that’s where I have found out as well that you can eventually win a free camping. So, I entered my name and hopefully I will win to visit North Carolina's parks too.

Have you ever been to this rv park north Carolina? If you don’t, well, this is the time for you to visit their website too. You can learn a lot of things as well when it comes to camping out door. Also, you will enjoy more of the camping when you visit Sycamore Lodge because of their amenities and great place to stay for the whole family. Well, now I am thinking about buying an RV which is out of the way.

Stop and Go!!!

>> Tuesday, October 20, 2009

It's time for my Heads or Tails! I am so glad that I have time to post my entry for this week's theme: HEADS - "Stop" *OR* TAILS - "Go".

I am going to talk about STOP and Go as a combination because it actually a best description for me and my son's situation. Since we lived into our new house where we had a second floor level a few months ago, my son had been so in active setting as well, where he runs and jump off the couch or chair, or climb up and then jump, and runs around the house where I find irritating and disturbing, especially when I need to review or study for my examination. It's been three months since I always said, "STOP jumping or STOP running around the house" at him, but of course, he listened, but passes it through the other ear and then just start going off again. If I have a recorder to keep myself from saying "STOP", probably I already recorded my voice. Every now and then, and he likes going up and down at the stairs too, and sometimes it scares me off since he might fall or something, but he's getting used to it and now, he's just walking up and down.

Now, I don't know how to stop him, unless I always have to find something that can distract him. Oh boy, I know it's crazy! I have a 33 month old son...well, I guess, it is a part of him being a toddler...

Blogging for a Cause!

Heads Or Tails

This week's theme for Heads or Tails is: Cause

When talking about a Cause, I thought it might be the appropriate post to share about a project that help a baby to survive. I was blog hopping a few days ago when I went to a blog where they were asking for a donation for an operation of a baby boy named Daniel.

George Daniel Arevalo Samson, is a 5 months old son of a mother named Clarissa ( you can check her blog at http://savedaniel.blogspot.com/ (Filipino citizen). Daniel has biliary atresia with cirrhosis and is in immediate need of liver transplant. Since liver transplant is not yet done locally in the Philippines, Daniel is scheduled to have the operation at Chan Gung Hospital in Taiwan on November 24, 2009 which will cost P3 Million pesos ($60,000). If he does not have the operation, he will die.

As of October 12, 2009 there is a total donation of $679.60 for $3 for Daniel Project which is a good news, I hope they can able to reach an amount where they can able to help the baby on operation.

To know more about this: visit LiftBabies.org

This truly a cause made by blogger all of the world! It's good to know that there is still people with a good heart out there..

Note: I am not asking for people to donate but if you have an open heart and wanted to HELP you may able to do so, but I don't have any connection to the baby or even to the mother. I just wanted to share that in some small ways everything will be possible.

If you want to join us on Heads or Tails, just click here.

Princess Diana's Personal Assistant

If you could be anyone’s personal assistant for one day, who would you choose and why?

~Well, if I could use people who is deceased, I would choose Princess Diana. I was just wondering how it could be to be her personal assistant, and how does the princess really feel despite the fact that all the people in the world looked up on her. And to be with her, wherever she go is probably a great job since I love traveling too and helping others.

How about you? Who would you be working as a Personal Assistant?

Feelings, Pamper, Deal, and Trade

Q1 - Feelings: Do you believe anyone else can be responsible for how you feel/your feelings, or do you believe only you can be responsible for how you feel?

~I guess both. People sometimes play a big role of what you might feel. I guess, it also depends on how you will react on these people and the situation, so it will result on how you will react on this and be responsible of your action.

Q2 - Pamper: What do you do to pamper yourself when you're tired, stressed, and worn out? How about when you're feeling on top of the world for having accomplished something you worked really hard to achieve?

~Well, I just watch TV or just take a nap. If I was feeling I was on the top of the world? Maybe, I will celebrate and maybe go shopping...

Q3 - Deal: What's the best buy or deal -- the biggest bang for the buck -- you recall ever receiving?

~I think it was two years ago, when I received a video camcorder and a microwave oven as a birthday present.

Q4 - Trade: The Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS), colloquially known as "Cash for Clunkers," has helped an estimated 250,000 Americans receive a $3,500 or $4,500 voucher toward to the purchase of a new, more fuel efficient vehicle when trading in a less fuel efficient vehicle. Eligibility requirements for vouchers include that your 'clunker' be less than 25-years-old, receive 18 or fewer miles per gallon, be registered and insured continuously for the full year preceding the trade-in, and be in drivable condition. Based on those criteria, do you have a vehicle that qualifies for Cash for Clunkers?

~I never heard of this. No, we had a new 2008 Saturn car and I don't know if that's really worth it...

Weeding

>> Friday, October 16, 2009

It's been a while since I made some update on this blog of mine. Well, good thing now I have some time to write some assignment after reviewing and studying for Biology class examination this coming weekend.

Anyway, it's time for my Booking Through Thursday entry, and this week's questions are:

btt button

When’s the last time you weeded out your library? = Well, it was a long time ago, and I have not been weeding since then. I wish I could able to go home and maybe I could visit the library.

Do you regularly keep it pared down to your reading essentials? = No, not at all.

Or does it blossom into something out of control the minute you turn your back, like a garden after a Spring rain? = I don't know if my mom maintains it or not but I have some books left at home which I wish I brought them with me.

Or do you simply not get rid of books? At all? (This would have described me for most of my life, by the way.) = No, I can't hardly get rid of them, I usually just donate them though, but if it's my favorite book, I just keep them no matter what.

And–when you DO weed out books from your collection (assuming that you do) …what do you do with them? Throw them away (gasp)? Donate them to a charity or used bookstore? SELL them to a used bookstore? Trade them on Paperback Book Swap or some other exchange program? = Well, donate or sell them, but mostly, I always make up with trading, it is a good idea to do so because you can get something to read as well. Something in returns...

GPS System and More

Are you planning to buy a GPS device? If you do then you might want to check out first the tips and ideas of how to choose and buy a GPS device. GPS is widely used by most people who always behind the wheels, whether it was their job, or not just so-so good with directions. Just like me, I am not good on directions either therefore; hubby wanted me to have my own GPS system. You know what, GPS is really a great help for me, especially if I have not been to a particular area or city, but one thing is for sure, if you have a good system, better and made with high quality, you will be on the right track.

Anyway, if you are looking for a GPS system, make sure you know where to use it. There is a lot of GPS device system today that has its essential used whether for driving, hiking, walking, or even riding a bike or motorcycle or even all for one GPS navigational system. There are a lot of GPS brands out there too, and we all know people always like to save money. So, when it comes to saving money while getting a good deal out of GPS, it is better to seek help from an expert and maybe search online for some customer reviews. Sometimes, online reviews are very helpful, especially on my part.

In addition, online shopping is one of the best thing to do when it comes to finding a GPS system, not only it saves you time and money, but also it helps you to find the best deal on GPS systems. There are a lot of GPS brands today where you can get for cheaper whether a handheld GPS system, a GPS car system, or even a cell phone GPS system. If you search an affordable and cheaper GPS system, all you need to do is go to an online shopping search. There is a shopping tool website where you can get some information and helpful guide too of how to buy a certain products which is very helpful for those who have no knowledge of what to get. Good thing I have found this website too.

Discuss!

>> Friday, October 9, 2009

This is absolutely a good idea, especially if you haven't done or read certain books because you don't have any knowledge about it. I have been into this situation too, where I don't want to read certain books because it never interests me and it does to others. I guess, it could be a good idea to discuss about it.

I have some favorite books to read and so as some favorite authors. Mostly, I love reading true to life stories, thrillers and of course, love stories. But I never know if a lot of people still love to read love stories or true to life stories or even crime stories. Now, I was wondering if anyone really read crime books, just like we saw on Tru TV, murder by the book or something.

I was wondering has anyone really read these books. What do you think is a good author?

I am just curious to know...

Hardwork Defines

Do you consider yourself a hard worker? Based on what?

Yes, I think so. Hard work means something requiring lots of effort to do, either physical, mentally or emotionally. When I was working at one of the grocery store here in our area, I always do what is right based on what I was being paid off. When I am at work, I always do my work without or with someone looking at me. Even though, I was working at the same time, I also do work at home. I think it always depend on how you work as well, to be consider as a hard worker.
Now, even though I am not working anymore, I find blogging to be my at home work which at the same time, I do my household chores and studies. I think it defines hardworking. When I do chores while studying is seem working hard.
How about you how do you define hard work?

Building a Sandcastle

This week's theme for Heads or Tails is to make any kind of post using any form of the word "Build."

Heads Or Tails

Suddenly, it reminds me of our last vacation. When we went to Connecticut this summer, we also went to a beach down there, and that's where my son's first experience to play at the beach with the sand and to build some castle. He was having trouble at first, but he's getting to know how to do it with the help from his dad.

Here's some few castles he build!

How I miss summer!!!

Learn More about Plastic Surgery

>> Friday, October 2, 2009

Last night, I was watching this show where they talk about these famous people who underwent plastic surgery. There are some cases where plastic surgery did not work to some people, but to others, it was worth the price because it turns them into something beautiful and explicit. We all know that plastic surgery is an outcome of a dilemma of having problem with one’s personality, it improves one’s confidence and glamour, therefore, surgical repair is necessary to achieve these consequences. I have heard a lot of famous and rich people who underwent surgical repair due to their jobs too. Although, there are a lot of people these days who did not know about plastic surgery and so if you are one of them, just visit this website at LookingYourBest.com for more information about plastic surgery in regards with Breast Implants and more.

Davao City is Free?

This morning when I woke up from bed, I went online right away after I heard the news last night of Typhoon Pepeng in the Philippines. I heard that it will come across at the Southern area of Mindanao which I find alarming especially when I have a family living in the southern part of Mindanao. Basically, they lived in the area of Davao City. We all know that Typhoon Ondoy was malevolence after damaging millions of properties and left these typhoon victims in vain. I have seen on TV, that there are millions of people had been affected and some died because of the severe flooding.

Now, typhoon Pepeng is on the loose packing a maximum sustained winds of 195 kilometer per hour, it came across the area of Bicol and Cantanduanes which is somewhat farther than Davao City region areas. Although, there are some circumstances in Davao region where they experienced severe rains and thunderstorms but fortunately Davao City at that time experienced warm and sunny weather which is somewhat a relief for me because I want my family to be in safe.
Anyway, I hope this calamity will end soon because this will affect the economy as well as the financial situation of the Filipinos. I am so sad hearing about this. I wish the government will do a contingency plan intended for any emergency and calamitous event including Ondoy and Pepeng.

Get Your Money Fast

I have heard about pay day loans at some of my friends, since some of them are using it too whenever they needed money for school tuition fees or groceries at any time. Some of them also use it for emergency purposes like of my friend a couple of weeks ago where his son has a mild accident where he hurt his jaw and they needed for stitches, her insurance needed a co-payment which eventually she must pay off. So, she went to a payday loan office and gets her money right away. We know that there are some certain times that we really needed the money, but we can use them yet because of the idea that it’s not a pay day yet at work. So, basically, you have to wait two weeks before getting paid and that would take a long time. For instance, what if you need the money right now for emergency just like what my friend had? It is going to be fine, if you have savings, but what if not? Well, the only solution is to get a quick payday loans. I never used one yet, but if I have a chance to, why not? I would definitely use it in terms of personal emergencies.

So, if you wanted to know more about payday loans and get your money right now, then this is the time for you to check out http://eQuikPayday.com for more information on how to get your money fast.

Clothes Unworn or Hanging Out

Do you have any clothes hanging in your closet with the tags still on (or never worn)?*

~ Honestly, I have some few clothes that I never worn yet, but I already took off the tags out of them, but never did wear them. Like my black pants and some of my blouses too. Some of my blouses actually just worn once and since then, I never did wear them again. I remember when I bought a pair of blouse at Macy's and it was on sale, I did wear them at the wedding, and that's it. I bought some henleys a couple of weeks ago, and I took off the tag already but never wear them yet.

Funny Marriage Facts

It's time for my Friday Funnies. It's been a while since I joined this meme. Now, I am so glad, I am back. My post is kind a old, but I saw this entry at one of the blog I enjoyed visiting.

Here's the facts: What do you think?

WHAT IS MARRIAGE???

QUOTE

1. Marriage
is not a word.
It's a sentence (a life sentence).

2. Marriage is love. Love is blind. Therefore marriage is an institution for the blind.

3. Marriage is an institution in which a man loses his Bachelor's Degree and the woman gets her masters.

4. Marriage is a three-ring circus:
engagement ring, wedding ring and suffering.

5. Married life is full of excitement and frustration: In the first year of marriage, the man speaks and the woman listens. In the second year, the woman speaks and the man listens. In the third year, they both speak and the NEIGHBOUR listens.

6. Getting married is very much like going to a restaurant with friends. You order what you want, and when you see what the other person has, you wish you had ordered that instead.

7. There was this man who muttered a few words in the church and found himself married. A year later he muttered something in his sleep and found himself divorced.

8. A happy marriage is a matter of giving and taking; the husband gives and the wife takes.

9. Son: How much does it cost to get married, Dad? Father: I don't know son, I'm still paying for it.

10. Son: Is it true Dad? I heard that in ancient China, a man doesn't know his wife until he marries her. Father: That happens everywhere, son, EVERYWHERE!

11. Love is one long sweet dream, and marriage is the alarm clock.

12. They say that when a man holds a woman's hand before marriage, it is love; after marriage it is self-defense.

13. When a newly married man looks happy, we know why. But when a 10-year married man looks happy, we wonder why.

14. There was this lover who said that he would go through hell for her. They got married, and now he is going through HELL.

16. When a man steals your wife, there is no better revenge than to let him keep her.

17. Eighty percent of married men cheat in America, the rest cheat in Europe.

18. After marriage, husband and wife become two sides of a coin. They just can't face each other, but they still stay together.

19. Marriage is man and a woman become one. The trouble starts when they try to decide which one.

20. Before marriage, a man yearns for the woman he loves. After the marriage the "Y" becomes silent.

21. I married Miss right; I just didn't know her first name was Always.

22. It's not true that married men live longer than single men, it only seems longer.

23. Losing a wife can be hard. In my case, it was almost impossible.

24. A man was complaining to a friend: I HAD IT ALL-MONEY, A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, THE LOVE OF A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN, THEN POW! IT WAS ALL GONE. WHAT HAPPENED, asked his friend. He says MY WIFE FOUND OUT.

25. WIFE: Let's go out and have some fun tonight. HUSBAND: OK, but if you get home before I do, leave the hallway
lighs on.

26. At a cocktail party, one woman said to another: AREN'T YOU WEARING YOUR RING ON THE WRONG FINGER? The other replied, YES, I, AM. I MARRIED THE WRONG MAN.

27. Man is incomplete until he gets married, then he is finished.

28. It doesn't matter how often a married man changes his job, he still ends up with the same boss.

29. A man inserted an ad in the paper - WIFE WANTED. The next day he received a hundred of letters and they all said the same thing - YOU CAN HAVE MINE.

30. When a man opens the door of his car for his wife, you can be sure of one thing - either the car is new or the wife is.

Whatever you might want to do, you might want to check out the real estate in Boston. Boston is one of the best places to retire and so as to start your new home, a capital city of Massachusetts. If it is just so easy to move out of the state and settle a new place, I would love to try to live in Massachusetts. I have heard that Massachusetts is one of the best places to live according to economical purposes. When it comes to weather, Massachusetts is a good alternative for humid continental climate and I have heard that snowing is not that much of Michigan State.

So, if you wanted to check out this website Bushari Group Real Estate, you can find some single, multi, townhomes and condos at very reasonable prices. Bushari Group Real Estate is one of the Boston real estate where you can find a perfect home for any size of your family. It is so easy, just select your home type, the attributes you were looking for, the price you were looking for, or you can also use their advance search tool.

Anyway, now I am looking and try to find some home properties using their listing search tool, I have found a lot of homes at this website. They have a lot of home properties where you can absolutely choose from that starts from $100,000 which is not bad for the price at all. You can find a two, three, four, five or six bedroom for that price too. What I like about this website is that you can find a lot of properties where you can definitely select which house good enough, unlike some other listings where you can only find few home properties. Well, if you wanted to check them out, just visit their website for more information about any Boston Luxury real estate properties in Massachusetts.

Presidential Duties, Earnings, Tax Returns: Turn that Down?

Q1 - Presidential Duties: Chicago's bid for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games reached its peak this week when the most well-known, influential and famous person in the world traveled to Copenhagen to make the Windy City's case before the International Olympic Committee: Oprah. Oh, and the President of the United States went as well to make Chicago's case before the IOC picks a host city Friday. Ever since Tony Blair and Vladimir Putin swayed votes for the 2012 and 2014 Games, sending your head of state to the IOC is considered as much of a prerequisite in an Olympic bid as a well-placed "contribution." Do you think it's appropriate for the President of the United States to lobby for an Olympic bid? Related, do you think President Obama would have gone to Copenhagen if a U.S. city other than Chicago was in the running for an Olympic bid?

~Wow! I never heard of this news, I don't think so that it is appropriate for a US President to bid but I guess, it is also a good thing to do to show to the world that we can able to manage and host an Olympic game. But one thing is for sure, it will cost money....

Q2 - Turn That Down?: A friend asks: "I was waiting in my car for [sic] my daughter's school to let out, had the windows open and was enjoying the breeze. A man pulled up in line and sat in his car playing very loud music with a heavy bass beat. The words to the songs were ugly, and it was bothering my few minutes of solitude. Would you say something?"

~I think I would not say something, I just rather drive out of the area where he's at, or maybe close my window up and enjoy some of my music in the car...Why? Because person like this won't listen, if they set their radio with bass and loud? What the heck, they don't want some compromising.

Q3 - Earnings: Tiger Woods hit another milestone over the weekend. But his most recent record wasn't set on the golf course but, rather, at the bank. The $10 million bonus Woods received by winning the FedEx Cup golf title makes him the first athlete to earn $1 billion in a career, Forbes.com reported. Woods had earned $895 million going into 2009. Adding his $10.5 million in prize money from this season, the FedEx bonus and more than $100 million in endorsement earnings, Woods has topped the $1,000,000,000.00 mark. Putting aside for a moment that capitalism is alive and well here in the United States and that Woods has done nothing criminal in earning his money, are you okay with the amount of money the 33-year-old golf pro has earned during his professional career, or is there something seriously wrong with the corporations that have collectively chosen to dole out the type of money Woods and others like him are able to earn from playing sports professionally?

~I think there is something wrong with it. They are telling us that now we need to be good on golfing too so we can able to earn such a huge amount of money. I think it is too much for such a honor. Maybe, they need to do something about it.

Q4 - Tax Returns: H&R Block performed miserably in the 2009 tax season, handling approximately 6 percent fewer in-store, retail tax returns, as consumers sought lower-cost IRS filing alternatives due to difficult economic conditions. Thinking ahead to your 2009 tax filing (which you'll file in early-2010), do you think you'll file your return yourself or seek the help of a professional like the ones at H&R Block?

~Well, we never use H&R Block, we went to my husband's uncle for tax return filing since it was free and the outcome is quite fine.

Wine and More

When it comes to wine, I am not an expert, I don’t know any information regarding what wine to drink nor what wine is perfect for certain occasions. When some restaurants offered a wine whereas they offer a white and red wine is just depend on what entrée you ordered, but of course, I don’t have that much knowledge in regards with wine. I did know that there is a white and red wine to choose from when it comes to food pairing. But, I know that wine is one of the best drinks in the world today, which it is more finest and formal way to drink during parties, meetings, celebrations, and such. For me, wine is more acceptable because I don’t really drink that much and other alcoholic beverages upset my stomach, and the only beverage that I could drink is wine, eventually. When it comes to drinking wine, I love to drink the white wine, maybe because of its sweet and mild taste.

Anyway, when it comes to knowing more about wine, I usually go online for a research to find information and help in regards with what wine is right for any special occasion. My mother in law will be having her 60th birthday party a month from now, and of course, I am quite curious what kind is wine is perfect for this celebration. It is absolutely a dinner party and since I am helping my sister in laws to host this dinner party, I was wondering what would be the perfect wine. What’s the saddest book you’ve read recently?

~ Well, it was a book written by Jacqueline Mitchard. I have read this book a couple of months ago for a school work and as I read along to finish the book, I have noticed that it was a real sad story, when the couple lost their son and after a couple of years they thought they had found him and then realized the child grew a bit different from their expectation. It was a sad story and I just found out that they made a movie out of it. I saw the movie too and of course, it's somewhat a tear jerker.

Two-thirds of Brits have lied about reading books they haven’t. Have you? Why? What book?

~Well, I never lie about reading a book that I have not reading yet. I said so because I am afraid that someone might ask me what was the book is all about, and I can't answer it. You know the consequences when you lie. So, every time I answered BTT questions, I always refer it to my old experiences of reading particular books.
